In the
org.apache.camel.component.ssh.SshHelper#sendExecCommand
We should allow the exchange to provide a username/password to be used, so you
can more dynamic reuse the same ssh endpoint but for different logins.
Using toD has a drawback of creating a new endpoint per username.
