In typical scenarios when using Salesforce API client connects to
{{login.salesforce.com}} and on successful authentication receives
{{instanceUrl}} i.e. the server URL to connect to next. In some cases, it might
be beneficial to override the returned {{instanceUrl}} with user specified
value.
This is something that might help workaround Salesforce returning
{{instanceUrl}} without port number when using TLS mutual authentication, as
one needs to use port {{8443}} when using TLS mutual authentication with
Salesforce.
