Given our switch from jetty to undertow, it might be good to update the Karaf
features to use undertow instead of jetty, to name a few:
* camel-cxf
* camel-linkedin
* camel-salesforce
* camel-spark-rest
* camel-urlrewrite
* camel-websocket
