It requires a new successful build of notest
https://builds.apache.org/view/A-D/view/Camel/job/Camel.trunk.notest/
which is the build that generates new JARs of the SNAPSHOT and pushes those to
the SNAPSHOT maven repo which the karaf uses for testing.
We fixed something about validator apis recently. That is why you can also not
reproduce this locally
