One note: this does NOT add an import range for com.sun.xml.bind in camel-jaxb
so it uses the default of [2.3,3). Thus, this will now not work with the
2.2.11 bundle that is installed by other components like CXF and you could end
up with multiple jaxb bundles installed. I would SUGGEST updating the
import range to be [2.2,3).
