Summary: close JMXConnector on shutdown of JMXConsumer in camel-jmx

Close the JMXConnector when shutting down the JMXConsumer to avoid the
following in an OSGi environment (jboss-cli-client fragment bundle for
jmx-remoting protocol):

Caused by: java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: Unable to load class
'org.jboss.remoting3.spi.AbstractHandleableCloseable$2' because the bundle
wiring for com.example.mybundle is no longer valid.
```
