We may need a fastDeploy maven profile so we can do a quick deploy where we
only build the JARs and skip -source and -javadoc as they take a much longer
time and the CI server takes 5 hours to just build SNAPSHOT. Only a local
computer you can do a fast build in 20-25 min.
