Isn't this a problem if the while loop now with `tryNext` keeps returning
false because there is no data, but its not being stopped, then the while loop
keeps running, and calling `tryNext` again and again endlessly which could eat
up CPU cycles. In other words is this code change not causing CPU burden when
there is no data to retrieve but the while loop keeps running.
Ideally Mongodb should have had a next with timeout, so you can timeout
every second or so and then check if you should shutdown or not.
