When running a FileConsumer on multiple nodes you can get a
FileNotFoundException when during an iteration over the list of files the other
node already processed the file.
Maybe we should check whether the file exists after acquiring the lock in for
example the markfile-strategy.
I don't know if this is applicable to other strategies as well.
