Field name {{RestConfigurationDefinitionProperties#hostNameResolver}} doesn't
match {{RestConfiguration#restHostNameResolver}}, but the match is critical for
{{configureRestConfigurationDefinition()}} to work. In fact some other fields
(such as {{enableCors}}) also don't match, but they are set explicitly, not in
bulk via {{CamelPropertiesHelper.setCamelProperties}}.
