Hey [~davsclaus]! Admittedly, this one is out of laziness during test
development. It's come up a few times where clients need to test subroutes
that assume a handful of properties and headers are on the exchange. The way
the tests were setup, those properties and headers were already available in
Maps, so these methods just give a simple way to throw them in all at once.
They can, of course, manually build the Exchange object, but using the
FluentProducer is handy for other reasons.
Have a fix part-way finished if there's interest.
