enrich-eip.adoc contains details pollEnrich EIP details. Do we need to have a
seperate .adoc file pollEnrich?
ıf yes, do we need to extract those parts from existing enrich-eip.adoc and
eventually split that adoc to two seperate adoc files like enrich-eip.adoc and
pollEnrich-eip.adoc?
or do we need tooling skip valition for those eips to ignore check of their
adoc files for EIPS exist or not?
