Nicola Ferraro resolved CAMEL-12372.

Resolution: Fixed
Fixed and run all tests.
Added the following dependencies to starters (they are needed by main
artifacts, not by tests):
* org.hibernate.validator:hibernate-validator to camel-kubernetes-starter and
camel-swagger-java-starter
* io.undertow:undertow-servlet to camel-undertow-starter
