It would be nice if camel-elasticsearch-rest was aligned to the same Lucene
version as camel-lucene uses.
Currently camel-lucene uses Lucene 7.2.1, but ES 6.1.1 is tied to 7.1.0.
Maybe we could bump ES to the latest 6.3.2 release and then align Lucene to
7.3.1.
