camel-restdsl-swagger-plugin can generate CamelRoutes.java from a Swagger /
OpenAPI spec, which includes the REST DSL with to("direct:restN") stubs. Would
be nice if it also autogenerated the equivalent from("direct:restN").log()
placeholders to help jump start coding.
