Netty-http 4 has a non-standard way of dealing with path, using the full url on
the first line of the HTTP request. E.g.
GET [http://thehost/thepath]
instead of:
GET /thepath
This is controlled by the useRelativePath, that should be defaulted to "true"
to be compatible with other components.
