This should be a feature of Antora, not sure why it's not showing up currently.
For Hugo built pages we need to add it to the layout templates. User manual and
component reference should point to the camel git repository, other pages to
the camel-website repository. Ideally to the page with the GitHub editor open
so that the contributor can make changes directly in the browser.
