[~fpapon] sounds good, thank you! I think we need a bit more templating work in
Hugo to implement this, e.g. News/Blog section will probably feature a
different design/markup than other pages. We can start by scaffolding the
navigation/configuring Hugo.
On the Release notes I think it might make sense to keep those pages in the
camel git repository and pull them in via Antora, but I'm not too fixed on
that, seems to me like a logical place to keep the release notes as they can be
updated together with the code.
