I made a suggestion how to open the *CSV* _marshalling_ API so that one could
take control of it. I did NOT really implement a solution. I am suggesting one
in test {{CsvMarshalHeaderWithCustomMarshallFactoryTest}}.
At least it is now possible to extend {{CsvMarshaller}} so that anyone could
adapt it to his needs.
