Wouldn't it be sensible to have two separate issues:
1) Upgrade Camel unit tests to JUnit 5
2) Provide base test classes for consumers of the framework using JUnit 5 (e.g.
{{CamelSpringRunner}} and {{CamelSpringBootRunner}}).
