XmlConverter is used by a number of WebService components like CXF and
Spring-WS. Its a potential class that can be in camel-support, or a new
camel-support-xml where we can move XML related tooling. As then you can only
have it on the classpath when needed, and avoid XML libraries and also for
graalvm to optimise with xml classes needed.
