{{JdbcCamelCodec}} is a useful class for anyone implementing an alternative
{{AggregationRepository}}. It is actually a completely generic Exchange<>byte[]
transformer but we found it could not be used with ChronicleMap {{BytesReader}}
without supporting Exchange<>Input/OutputStream.
This is trivial to expose as the implementation is already internally based on
Object streams.
