Other points:
* remove empty package-info.java which cause to always recompile
(MCOMPILER-368)
* remove {{$\{generatedDate}}} in velocity templates and "cache" written
resources
* do not recompute the dependency tree (to list artifacts to exclude from
spring starters) but use the list computed by maven itself
