Users of Camel that uses http, are annoyed that the old camel-http component is
the default http component in 2.x, and that they should prefer to use http4
instead.
Now with camel 3, we have deleted the old http component, and can now
- move camel-http4 back as camel-http
- or add http as alternative component name in camel-http4
