Would be good to have the route-coverage maven plugin to be able to generate a
XML report using the jacoco XML report format, described in the jacoco
documentation [https://www.jacoco.org/jacoco/trunk/doc/]
The benefit is that tools like SonarQube has support for handling these XML
reports and they can then add this into the report.
