As today the ModelHelper.dumpModelAsXml(..., ...) does not resolve delegating
endpoint so in case an endpoint delegates to an additional endpoint, this
delegated endpoint is not shown in the routes dump.
It would be nice to have an option to configure if the delegating endpoint
should be replaced by the delegated one on dumpModelAsXml
