Lets cleanup a bit more on CamelContext and move APIs that are more useable for
component developers and internally to Camel itself to an ExtendedCamelContext,
so the API the end user see on CamelContext is more limited and mostly relevant
to what he/she needs to use.
We already have some for model CamelContext and JMX etc today.
