There are a lot of ignored tests In BoxUsersManagerIntegrationTest , which
works - just unignore them and explain in comments how to run them
successfully.
There are other problems with tests. For example "testDeleteUser" randomly
fails.
After execution of all tests, some box entities created during tests are not
removed and cause problems in the following run.
