Okay if we can do this, then they are all maintained in the same way, EIPs, 
components, data formats, and languages.

Or we go the total other way, and have every adoc files in docs/user-guide/... 
only. But then you need to maintain source code separated from the doc files, 
which tend to kinda sucks.

On top of your head can you remember which adoc files were moved? Was it only 
the EIPs, or others as well? I think I have seen the maven tooling do WARN logs 
about other missing docs.
