Description:
JSON is very often used as data exchange. JSON patch can transform JSON to an
other JSON with a JSON patch file.
JSON patch is specified in RFC 6902 from the IETF.
I propose de setup and create a new component using [java-json-tools

this lib implements RFC 6902 (JSON Patch) and RFC 7386 (JSON Merge Patch)
