This is a little harder, maybe its really bette to consider handle fault to be
part of the SOAP based components like camel-cxf, and camel-spring-ws which are
the only ones that uses WS-Fault semantics. Then its just an option on the
endpoint you can set.
Then we can remove fault all together in Camel 3, and have a migration for 2.x
users.
