Manually or do you have a tool for it? If the former I believe all the
necessery code can be derived from
{{io.debezium.connector.mysql.MySqlConnectorConfig.ALL_FIELDS}} and in the same
way for other connectors as well. And it the same time it could be easy to keep
the URI in sync with connector metadata. WDYT?
