As the fix of CAMEL-12983, we can support stream uploading by using the
ChunkedWriterHandler. But on the server side, the consumer still needs to read
all of the content into the FullHttpRequest even when disable the stream
caching. I think it could be useful to support the full streaming both on
inbound and outbound side.
