We have the CONTRIBUTING.md translated to ASCIIDOC in the [user
manual|https://github.com/apache/camel/blob/master/docs/user-manual/modules/ROOT/pages/contributing.adoc]
published at https://camel.apache.org/manual/latest/contributing.html we could
point to that instead of GitHub or we could use the Markdown version and
publish it via Hugo (and link to that).
