The option uses underscore in debezium (maybe a mistake). But it would be good
to avoid this in Apache Camel as we dont use underscores in our option names
(it also fails agains our checkstyle rules).
So maybe we can add a mapping rule to the debezium maven plugin. So the option
in Camel is slotDropOnStop
