[~gzurowski] I wonder if we have uploaded new XSDs for the Camel 3 release to
the website. We need these for spring xml / blueprint xml and so forth.
In the old days it was sub-version. Is it still that? Or what's the procedure
now?
I think the new release guide needs to be updated
