Yes I would like to use @EnableRouteCoverage.
Yes, I have one test class inheriting from
org.apache.camel.test.spring.junit5.CamelSpringTestSupport. Other classes
don't, they use org.springframework.boot.test.context.SpringBootTest without
adding @RunWith(CamelSpringBootRunner.class).
