Starter for camel-elytron and example of usage.
@oscerd I had to set example's parent version to 3.1.0-SNAPSHOT, in order to
get snapshot dependency of elytron-starter. (similar way as starters use
snapshot version of camel)
The other examples uses 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT, but they could be compiled, because
there dependencies were released.
My suggestion: I think that it will be consistent if all examples would use
snapshot versions as starters do at this moment.
