Description:
The link to the KEYS file should have 'KEYS' as the text on the download page
to make it easy to find.
Also the link should be at the top level of the project distribution area, i.e.
https://www.apache.org/dist/camel/KEYS
not
https://www.apache.org/dist/camel/apache-camel/KEYS
