It would be good to move runtime camel catalog out of camel-core and have it in
its own JAR. Or complete get rid of it.
There are some components that use dynamic send aware that uses it. But we can
find a way to do this in another way as they use only catalog details from
their own component.
And the runtime catalog details on camel-core via JMX are not so useable.
Also this avoids having dependencies on tooling-model JARs in camel-core.
