Spring Boot 2.2 disables JMX by default (see:
https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/16090,
https://github.com/spring-projects/spring-boot/issues/16498).
We should follow suit and remove the camel-management compile dependency from
camel-spring-boot to disable JMX by default.
