Summary: Thread EIP and SEDA component docs incosistency

In the Thread EIP page, the Sample suggest to use "{{thread(5)}}" applied to
the "{{seda}}" component
[https://camel.apache.org/manual/latest/threads-eip.html#_samples]
But the SEDA component warns to beware (i would say to not use) about using
"{{thread(5)}}" with "{{seda}}"
[https://camel.apache.org/components/latest/seda-component.html#_thread_pools]
It would help to have a clear guidance in using SEDA component and Thread EIP.
