Configuring the resilience4j component with spring boot like in the example
[https://github.com/apache/camel-spring-boot/blob/master/examples/camel-example-spring-boot-resilience4j/client/src/main/java/sample/camel/ClientRoute.java]
doesn't work correctly.

The configuration in application.properties is not taken into account.
