[~davsclaus] most migration is done. What is left the maven plugin to generate
the readme for the list. However, I have noticed the same plugin is used to
generate the examples for the camel-spring-boot examples list, hence it would
make sense to move it once we move all other examples from these repo to the
came examples, WDYT?
