Now camel-salesforce component is able to work only with one salesforce
instance.
Now all auth/connect configuration is made on component-level.
But simetimes it`s necessary to integrate with more than one salesforce
instance.
I suggest to refacrot component and add posibility to set connection and auth
configuration params on endpoint level.
