Oh the deeper I got the harder it was, due to Camel endpoints has been parsed
via java.net.Url which causes overhead and problems.
So instead we may consider whether we should overhaul this before the 3.3 LTS
release for Camel 3.x or take this up to rewrite for Camel 4 ;)
