Description:
>From Debezium 1.1.0, the current EmbeddedEngine is being deprecated and

Since in Camel we are using the EmbeddedEngine, we will need to migrate it to
the new APIs, preferably *before Debezium version 1.3.0*.
Also, it would make sense if we can see if we can utilize the converter support
in DBZ 1.2 per [this Jira ticket
|http://[https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DBZ-1807]] in camel-debezium
