During refactor of camel-elytron to implement UndertowSecurityProvider I've
noticed that API does not allow to change of the HttpHandler during endpoint
registration. This "hook" for security provider is required for camel-elytron.
(Change could be done without breaking back compatibility or compilation for
existing implementations.)
