The idea is to use an Antora asciidoctor extension to query the pages in the
Antora content catalog and use that to construct the tables of components,
dataformats, and languages. In order to get all the necessary information, some
attributes will need to be added to the partially generated component .adoc
pages.
In addition I'll move the miscellaneous components to their own module and
index page.
I expect to also implement CAMEL-14866.
Eventually we should be able to use a similar technique to generate the nav
file lists but this requires a change in Antora to allow asciidoctor extensions
during nav file generation, which is unlikely to be available before Antora 3.0.
