An idea could be to change the syntax from splunk-hec:host/token?query to
splunk-hec:index?query and allow to specify host token etc as query and
component level parameters. The advantage is to allow to configure this
globally once on the component. Especially tokens which can then more easily be
auto configured via spring boot auto configuration etc.
